Step 1: Access unavailability screen
- Open the Timble mobile app and go to the "Account" screen
- Select "Unavailability" from the menu
- Tap the Plus (+) button in the top menu
Step 2: Set unavailability details
- Choose the date you are unavailable for work
- Configure additional options if needed:
- Specific time period
- End date (for multiple days)
- Repeat frequency (e.g., every Wednesday and Friday for school)
- Add a note explaining your unavailability
Step 3: Submit and confirm
- Review your unavailability details
- Tap "Submit" to save your unavailability
What happens next?
• Your unavailability will be visible to your manager
• Managers will consider these dates when creating rosters
• You can view and manage your submitted unavailability from the same screen
Note: It's important to submit your unavailability as early as possible to help with roster planning.
